Death notices on MemoryMantle are published by verified funeral directors, so the page is live and shareable immediately and appears in the public listing — a trusted record mourners can rely on.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Death notices and memorials are listed permanently — there are no renewal fees or expiry dates.
Each credit allows you to enhance one photo using our AI technology. This includes upscaling, face restoration, scratch removal, and colorization.
Visitors pay a one-time fee of €0.99 to leave a condolence on any memorial or death notice. If you've already purchased a memorial or death notice, condolence access is included free on all pages — no extra charge.
No — a memorial stands on its own, and anyone can create one at any time. Death notices are published by funeral directors, so most families won't have one of their own. If your funeral director has published a notice, the memorial can be started from it and the name, dates, town and main photo carry over. They remain separate products, each paid for at its own price.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied. Refunds for AI credits are provided for unused credits only.
